Your room has new/clean beddings, dedicated work space (a big desk & and office chair), a large wardrobe, laundry basket, and 100% blackout curtains. You’ll only have two male* flatmates. Both are clean, friendly and respectful of privacy. We also have rules set in place for a smooth living environment. Suitable for long-term rent.
Benefits you won’t find in other long-term rentals:
Free high-quality supplies: We provide kitchen towels, toilet paper, hand wash, dish soap, laundry detergent & more at no cost
Zero-Hassle Repairs: Need a fix? (plumber, electrician, etc), we call the specialist for you.
Rent Protection: If a flatmate leaves, your rent won't increase. We cover the vacancy and finding a replacement. That’s 100% on us.
No Middlemen: No brokers ever, no third parties, and zero brokerage fees.
Guests of both genders are allowed in moderation
Your guests may smoke in the balcony. But you (tenant) must not be a smoker yourself.
Monthly rent is 12,800 EGP. Flexible payment options and discounts available when paying multiple months in advance.
