apartment in Kourba, Heliopolis.

It’s حوالي 300m² with a beautiful layout (5 large rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), high ceilings, and distinctive architecture. It features classic wood-burning fireplaces in both the living and dining rooms, built-in floor-to-ceiling closets, a large 4×9m sunroom balcony, and a service entrance with patio access. One room also includes a square bathtub for two set into a teakwood floor.

The apartment is currently under renovation and has a rare, fully open view overlooking the Egyptian Presidential Palace. It was originally owned by Ambassador Saleh El Desokki, and I’m the second owner.

Layout plans and a tentative presentation are available.

Asking price is €1.2M (or equivalent).
