Design
The design of Al-Wazir Mall connects ancient Egyptian architecture with new modern ideas by blending the mall with natural elements through glass facades to provide continuous lighting for the space. The use of natural materials to finish the facades with high-quality natural stone and wood has created a real opportunity to explore the building and its architectural details, through which we can provide the principle of visual comfort for the customer and freedom of movement for the mall as a whole. Energy saving and load management is a fundamental principle in design, and we will explore it in many details, such as the project's air intake, and even the use of mashrabiyas for ventilation and reflecting sunlight. (We were able to design the project to become a facade in the area. )
The Minister's Mall covers an area of 2250 m with a construction ratio from (915m) 40% to (992m) 43% in a U shape design.

The project is designed on a basic principle for ease of operation, such that more than 96% of the project units, whether administrative, medical, or commercial, have a clear view of the main street.
