Terms of Use

Effective Date:- May, 2023
  • If you wish to use this Website, you must agree to the terms below as the exclusive basis which governs usage of the Website. If you do not agree to any of the terms, do not use this Website.
  • THIS AGREEMENT is made between Bayut Egypt and you ("the User").
  1. DEFINITIONS
    • "Effective Date" - the date on which this set of terms and conditions entered effect.
    • "Intellectual Property Rights"- all copyrights, patents, registered and unregistered design rights, database rights, trademarks and service marks and applications for any of the foregoing, together with all trade secrets, know-how, rights to confidence and other intellectual and industrial property rights in all parts of the world.
    • "Material" - content published on the Website or otherwise provided to Bayut. For the avoidance of doubt, it includes all content posted on the Website by the User or otherwise provided to Bayut by the User.
    • "Registration Details" - the details which a User must provide on registering for the Website including name, phone numbers, email address, age or address.
    • "Service" - the provision of the Website as a property portal.
    • "Unacceptable" - Material which under the laws of any jurisdiction from which the Website may be accessed may be considered either:-
    1. illegal, illicit, indecent, obscene, racist, offensive, pornographic, insulting, false, unreliable, misleading, alleged to be or actually defamatory or in infringement of third party rights (of whatever nature and including, without limitation, any Intellectual Property Rights);
    2. in breach of any applicable regulations, standards or codes of practice (notwithstanding that compliance may not be compulsory);
    3. to contravene legislation, including without limitation, that relating to weapons, animals or alcohol;
    4. might harm Bayut's reputation.
    • "User"- any party who uses the Website.
    • "Website" - Bayut's websites located at www.Bayut.eg
    • "Bayut " - Bayut Egypt
  2. TERMS WHICH APPLY TO USERS
    1. In registering for this Website, the User must provide true, accurate, current and complete Registration Details which the User must update after any changes (except age) before using the Website for further services in the future.
    2. The User hereby warrants to Bayut that it is at least eighteen years of age and legally able to enter into contracts.
    3. Bayut reserves the discretion to withdraw any Material from the Website without prior notice and to refuse any Material posted by a User.
    4. The User's Registration Details and data relating to its use of the Website will be recorded by Bayut but this information shall not be disclosed to third parties (otherwise than on an aggregated, anonymous basis) nor used for any purpose unrelated to the Website.
    5. Bayut may send a small file to the User's computer when it visits the Website. This "cookie" will enable Bayut to identify the User's computer, track its behaviour on the Website and to identify the User's particular areas of interest so as to enhance the User's future visits to the Website. The cookie will not enable Bayut to identify the User and Bayut shall not use it otherwise than in relation to this Website. The User can set its computer browser to reject cookies but this may preclude use of certain parts of this Website.
    6. The User hereby authorises Bayut to use any information which it submits to this Website to inform the User of special offers, occasional third party offers and for other marketing and related purposes. Bayut will not use User data for any other purposes than as set out in this Agreement except that Bayut may disclose this data if compelled to do so by law, or at the request of a law enforcement agency or governmental authority.
    7. If the User does not wish Bayut to use its information as set out in Clauses 2.3 and 2.4 above, it should leave the Website before submitting its personal details.
    8. If the User does not want Bayut to use its email address or SMS to send information concerning the Website and related matters, the User should send a message to Bayut and insert unsubscribe as the subject heading.
    9. By agreeing to the terms, you give us permission to verify the authenticity of your details by calling you at the submitted phone number, the call will be recorded for quality assurance.
    10. Bayut reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account where, in its absolute discretion, it deems such suspension appropriate. In the event of such suspension or termination, Bayut will notify the User by email and the User must not seek to re-register either directly or indirectly through a related entity.
    11. For the avoidance of doubt, Bayut is providing a service not goods.
    12. Bayut owns all Intellectual Property Rights in the Website and the Service, including without limitation, the design, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof.
    13. Bayut takes reported and actual infringement of Intellectual Property Rights and fraud extremely seriously and whilst Users cannot hold Bayut liable in relation to such issues, Bayut requests all Users to report such matters immediately and Bayut shall inform the appropriate authorities.
    14. Users will be invited to send comments to Bayut by email relating to the integrity and performance of other Users.
    15. The following restrictions shall apply to all Users:
      1. User agrees not to transmit any material designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of the Website or the Service.
      2. User agrees not to use any automated software to view the Service without consent and to only access the Service manually.
      3. User agrees not to use the Service other than for its own personal use or as an agent listing properties for sale and to rent.
      4. User agrees not to attempt to copy any Material or reverse engineer any processes without Bayut's consent.
      5. User agrees not to use any Service in any manner that is illegal, immoral or harmful to Bayut.
      6. User agrees not to use any Service in breach of any policy or other notice on the Website.
      7. User agrees not to remove or alter any copyright notices that appear on the Website.
      8. User agrees not to publish any Material that may encourage a breach of any relevant laws or regulations.
      9. User agrees not to interfere with any other User's enjoyment of the Website or the Service.
      10. User agrees not to transmit materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.
      11. User agrees not to conduct itself in an offensive or abusive manner whilst using the Website or the Service.
    16. By submitting Material on the Website or otherwise, User grants Bayut a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify and edit the Material. Bayut will not pay the User any fees for the Material and reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove or edit the Material at any time. User also warrants and represents that it has all rights necessary to grant Bayut these rights.
    17. Bayut permits the User to post Material on the Website in accordance with Bayut's procedures provided that Material is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory or otherwise objectionable to Bayut.
  3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    1. Bayut is not liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill howsoever arising suffered by any User arising in any way in connection with this Agreement or for any liability of a User to any third party.
    2. Whilst Bayut will make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the Website, it cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for viruses. Thus, the User is recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information or any Material from the Website.
    3. Bayut shall not be liable for ensuring that the Material on the Website is not Unacceptable Material and the User in making any financial or other decision accepts that it does so exclusively at its own risk.
    4. Bayut shall not be liable for any interruption to the Service, whether intentional or otherwise.
    5. Bayut is not liable for any failure in respect of its obligations hereunder which result directly or indirectly from failure or interruption in software or services provided by third parties.
    6. Bayut is not responsible for the direct or indirect consequences of a User linking to any other website from the Website.
    7. None of the clauses herein shall apply so as to restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of Bayut or its appointed agents.
    8. No matter how many claims are made and whatever the basis of such claims, Bayut's maximum aggregate liability to a User under or in connection with this Agreement in respect of any direct loss (or any other loss to the extent that such loss is not excluded by Clauses 3.1-3.6 above or otherwise) whether such claim arises in contract or in tort shall not exceed a sum equal to twice the value of any amount paid to Bayut by the User in relation to which such claim arises.
  4. WARRANTIES AND INDEMNITY
    1. Bayut does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via the Website is accurate, complete or current. Bayut has no liability whatsoever in respect of any use which the User makes of such information.
    2. Material has not been written to meet the individual requirements of the User and it is the User's sole responsibility to satisfy itself prior to entering into any transaction or decision that the Material is suitable for its purposes.
    3. All warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise are hereby excluded.
    4. The User hereby agrees to indemnify Bayut against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of this Agreement by the User.
  5. GENERAL
    1. Subject to Clause 5.2, this written Agreement and any other expressly incorporated document constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof and neither party has relied on any representation made by the other party unless such representation is expressly included herein. Nothing in this Clause 5.1 shall relieve either party of liability for fraudulent misrepresentations and neither party shall be entitled to any remedy for either any negligent or innocent misrepresentation except to the extent (if any) that a court or arbitrator may allow reliance on the same as being fair and reasonable.
    2. Bayut reserves the right to alter its terms of business from time to time. The Effective Date at the time the User is reading these terms is set out at the top of this Agreement. Prior to using the Website again in the future, Users should check that the effective date has not altered. If it has, the User should examine the new set of terms and only use the Website if it accepts the new terms.
    3. If any provision of this Agreement or part thereof shall be void for whatever reason, it shall be deemed deleted and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
    4. Bayut reserves the right to assign or subcontract any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement.
    5. The User may not assign or otherwise transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement without Bayut's prior written consent.
    6. Any notice given pursuant hereto may be served personally or by email to the last known email address of the addressee. It is the responsibility of Users promptly to update Bayut of any change of address or email address. Such notice shall be deemed to have been duly served upon and received by the addressee, when served personally, at the time of such service, when sent by email 24 hours after the same shall has been sent, or if sent by post 72 hours after put into the post correctly addressed and pre-paid.
    7. Bayut shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the other party or be deemed to be in default for any delays or failures in performance hereunder resulting from acts or causes beyond its reasonable control or from any acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority.
    8. Any delay or forbearance by Bayut in enforcing any provisions of this Agreement or any of its rights hereunder shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or right thereafter to enforce the same.
    9. The headings in this Agreement are solely used for convenience and shall not have any legal or contractual significance.
    10. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Egypt, save that Bayut may take action in any relevant jurisdiction to enforce its Intellectual Property Rights.
Privacy Policy

Dubizzle Limited (referred to as "we" "us" "our" or "Bayut") take your privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors and subscribers to our website www.bayut.eg (the "Website") or any application we make available via an App store (the "App", together with the Website, the "Platform"), and the corresponding services available through the Platform (the "Services").

Below we set out our privacy policy (the "Policy"), which will outline the way in which we process any Personal Information that you provide to us. References to "Personal Information" means information that will allow us to identify you.

Please read this Policy carefully, as it contains important information on who we are and how we collect, store, use and share your information. By accessing the Platform or using our Services or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to, and where required, consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information as set out in this policy. If you do not accept the terms of this policy, you must not use the Platform and/or the Services. This Policy supplements other notices and policies and is not intended to override them.

This Policy: (i) applies only to the Platform and not to websites or applications of any other companies or organisations; and (ii) specifically addresses our obligations pursuant to local law.

References to "users", "you", "yourself" or "your" is a reference to individuals using our Platforms or Services.

Our Platforms are not intended for anyone under the age of 18 (referred to herein as "Children" or "Child"). We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Information relating to Children. If you become aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, please contact us on cs@bayut.eg and we will, upon verification, delete such Personal Information.

"Agents" include estate agents, commercial agents, letting agents, managing agents, new home developers, overseas property owners, build to rent developers, surveyors, and executive agencies. We are not an estate agency.

Properties advertised on our platforms
What we collect and where it comes from?
  • As part of offering our Services, we gather information about properties. This includes images, videos, and virtual tours, as well as details about asking prices, sales history, permit numbers, property type, facilities, fees, agent information, property size, sold prices, addresses, floor plans, locations, and descriptions; and
  • The property data is provided to us by Agents or other third parties on behalf of those Agents.
Why we collect it?

We will use this information for a number of reasons including:

  • To enable interested buyers or renters to see detailed descriptions and images of properties that they may be interested in;
  • To allow users to see current property Trends such as the prices of houses for sale in their local area;
  • To allow users to check interest rates and other deals for properties, via our mortgage calculator;
  • To provide our Platforms and Services;
  • Use of the information collected for commercial purposes, such as analysing property market Trends, creating property databases and automated survey and valuation tools for Agents, and promoting our platforms and services on social media and other third-party platforms;
  • To provide Agents with updates on properties advertised on our Platforms; and
  • To enable Agents to advertise their properties to you;
Our lawful basis for processing this Personal Information.

We have a legitimate interest to process Personal Information in such regard. These legitimate interests are:

  • Providing a Service to potential buyers or renters so that they know what properties are currently on the market, the price of those properties, building area, completion date, building name, development name, amenities, if furnished or unfurnished, date added, layout and to provide access to potential beneficial rate of interest and other deals of those properties through our Platform;
  • Providing a Service to Agents by helping them to market properties and understand changing market dynamics and evolving trends;
  • Providing a Service to Agents by advertising properties to potential buyers or renters;
How long we will keep it for?
  • If Agents request us to stop advertising a property, we will do so. If any advertising does not fit our Platform guidelines we shall remove such adverts. However, the property information will still be available on our Platforms as historical property information. This will help users and Agents identify previous for-sale or sold prices. For more information, please refer to the "Market Intelligence" section at the top of our website.
Market intelligence
What we collect and where it comes from?
  • If a property has been marketed on the Platforms before, we will still show it on the Platforms as historical property information or "Trends".
  • We also have data that relates to property listings on the Platforms which we collect from other third parties.
Why we collect it?

We will use this information:

  • To assist potential buyers and renters when forming a view about historical market trends and potential property values;
  • To allow users to see property Trends that they may be interested in, such as the previous sale and sold prices of properties in their local area;
  • To enable users to see detailed property descriptions and images of properties in areas that they may be interested in;
  • To assist Agents when researching the approximate value of their property; and
  • For our other commercial purposes, such as to identify trends in the property market and to build property databases and automated survey and valuation tools for users and Agents to use.
Our lawful basis for processing this Personal Information.

We have a legitimate interest to process Personal Information in such regard. These legitimate interests are:

  • To provide a Service to Agents and users by assisting them to more accurately value other properties;
  • To provide a Service to other third parties which helps them form a view about the value of their properties;
  • Providing a Service to potential buyers and renters in understanding what properties have been on the market and the prices of those properties;
  • To enhance the Service that we provide on our Platforms and provide a Service that benefits Agents, users, our Partners, potential buyers and renters;
  • To offer data services to third-party organisations. Our goal is to provide them with accurate historic property data that they can use for their own purposes.; and
  • To provide property valuation tools and surveyor comparison software to Agents.
How long we will keep it for?
  • Where property data is considered Personal Information, it usually becomes statistical data over time. We keep the historical property data as long as we need it to provide the Services explained in the "Why we Collect It" section.

The data we collect about you

Bayut collects personal data to operate our business and to provide you with the product and Services that we offer. You provide some of this data to us directly, for example when you visit the Website or the App or register with us as a user (either by creating an account with us or using another third party platform such as Facebook, Google, Apple) to access our Services, you may be asked to provide information about yourself as outlined in this Policy.

This information is required to provide our Services to you. If you do not provide such information, it may delay or prevent us from providing the Services.

This Policy will also apply when accessing the Platform and/or the Services from mobile technology (such as mobile phones, tablets or other devices). Unless you have chosen to remain anonymous through your device and/or platform settings, this information may be collected and used by us automatically if you use the Services and access the Platform from mobile technology.

Calls between you and Bayut, or between you and third parties made through Bayut (such as, real estate agents or Agents you contact about a property through a form or link on our Platform, or using contact information found on our Platform), may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and customer service purposes. Bayut uses a third-party service provider to track phone calls and text messages between you and the Agents so that we and the Agents can access certain details about the contact. As part of this process, Bayut and its service provider will receive in real time and store data about your call or text message, including the date and time of the call or text message, your phone number, and the content of the text message.

We may collect non-Personal Information from your Personal Information, but this information does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. An example of non-Personal Information is the percentage of users accessing a specific Service on our Platform, which we calculate from your usage data. However, if we combine aggregated data with your personal data to identify you, we will treat the combined data as Personal Information and use it in accordance with this Policy.

What we collect and where it comes from?

We will collect the Personal Information that you give to us when using our Platforms or Services:

Contacting Agents for Inquiries:

When using the search feature, requesting information, or filling out a form on the Platforms, you may be asked to provide Personal Information about yourself. This can include;

  • your name, address and contact details;
  • details of the sort of property you are interested in;
  • the cost and location of the property;
  • your location data for proximity searches;
  • whether you have a property to sell or rent;
  • what stage in the home moving process you are;
  • If you choose to contact an Agent using the telephone number on our Platforms, calls may be recorded for training, monitoring and quality assurance purposes. We may also process call recordings for the purpose of fulfilling our contract with Agents. We may also keep a record of call activity, including missed calls.

Bayut users and Property Alerts:

Personal Information that you provide to us when you:

  • register as a Bayut user;
  • send enquiries to Agents. copies will be available to view in your Bayut account;
  • request property email updates such as Property Alerts about when a property is marketed in your chosen location and meeting your search parameters;
  • where we have made the following features available to you, these will be available to view in your Bayut account:
    • saved property or searches;
    • reviews of a property;
    • access to property viewings via our Platform; and
    • adding saved properties and searches.

Use of the Platforms:

Personal Information that you provide when:

  • downloading the App or registering either by creating an account with us or using another third party platform such as Facebook, Google or Apple to use the App;
  • you have uploaded a profile pictue or selected to use one from a third party;
  • contracting us or other using social media functions on our Platforms;
  • entering into competitions, promotions, surveys and market research studies made available on our Platforms or if we contact you by email, phone, text, whatsapp or otherwise;
  • engaging with additional Services that are available on our Platforms, such as the mortgage calculator; and
  • where you will provide us the following Personal Information: location, buying or renting status.

Communications:

  • Personal Information that you provide by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, SMS, whatsapp or otherwise; and
  • If you choose to contact us by phone or email or whatsapp or we call you, calls may be recorded for training, monitoring and quality assurance purposes and for the purpose of fulfilling our contract with Agents. Phone calls may be monitored in real time. We may also keep a record of call activity, including missed calls.

Pre-Approval:

  • If you choose to apply for a mortgage pre-approval or use our mortgage calculator, you may be asked to provide Personal Information about yourself. For example, name, email, mobile number and personal id.

Careers:

  • Personal Information you provide us when applying for a job vacancy at Byaut or one of its group entities, such as your CV, details contained within and covering letter.
Why we collect it?

We will use this Personal Information:

Enquiries to Agents:

  • To enhance the Service you receive.
  • To make sure that you receive the intended Service. This may include:
    • transferring your property inquiry to the Agent who is advertising the property so that they can respond to your inquiry directly. Please note that some Agents may be contacted this way:
      • lead handling to process your enquiry on their behalf; or
      • third party systems to process and store your enquiry to allow them to respond to and manage your enquiry;
    • sending your name, address and contact details to the Agent when you request information on a property they are advertising so that they can contact you;
    • enabling us to send you a link to access an online viewing of the property you have enquired about via email, SMS or WhatsApp;
    • Agents must form their own legal basis for processing your enquiry data if they are processing it for purposes other than responding to your initial enquiry. Bauyt is not responsible for external third parties or Agents; and

Where telephone calls are recorded, this is for training, monitoring and quality assurance purposes and for the purpose of fulfilling our contract with Agents;

Registered users and Property alerts:

  • To provide you with the benefit of Services for registered users only;
  • To provide Property alerts to you (which you have set up) for properties marketed on our Platforms that meet your search criteria;
  • To keep you updated on your account and Services available to you;
  • To provide you customised content on our Platforms including suggesting properties or Services; and
  • To provide you access to your enquires you have sent to Agents.

Use of the Platforms:

  • To provide the Platforms to you and enable you to download the App;
  • To enhance the Services that you request;
  • To process any queries that you have about us;
  • To contact you for your views on our Services important changes concerning our Platforms or Services;
  • To deliver relevant advertising to you whilst you are on our Platforms;
  • To deliver targeted advertising to you; and
  • To provide you customised content on our Platforms including suggesting properties or Services relevant to you.

Communications:

  • To process and resolve any queries that you may have raised; and
  • For training, monitoring and quality assurance purposes and for the purpose of fulfilling Agent’s contract where calls (which may include video calls) are recorded.

Careers:

  • To enable you to apply for our job vacancies at Bayut and any group entities.
Our lawful basis for processing this Personal Information.

We have a legitimate business interest to process this Personal Information. These legitimate interests are:

  • Enquiries to Agents:

    To provide a service to Agents and/or to provide a service to you;
  • Registered user and Property alerts:

    To provide you with our Services;
  • Use of the Platforms:

    • To enable you to download and use the App;
    • To allow us to gain information about the use of our Platforms and any improvements that can be made;
    • To provide advertising space to Agents and third parties;
    • To provide you with relevant content on our Platforms;
    • To ensure our Platform protects the interest and safety of our users. Data maybe retained for longer if fraud or a malicious activity is suspected.
  • Communications:

    To ensure that your queries are addressed and for training, monitoring and quality assurance purposes where calls are recorded;
  • Mortgage review:

    To enable you to use our mortgage calculator and to help you understand what you can afford;
  • Careers:

    To process your job application and consider you for our vacancies;
  • Communications:

    For the purpose of fulfilling our contract with Agents where calls are recorded.
How long we will keep it for?

We will keep the Personal Information mentioned above for the durations specified below:

Enquiries to Agents:

  • We will keep your first property inquiry from the date you made it, and we will hold onto the inquiry data until it is no longer necessary. Once you stop using our platforms or services, the data will be deleted or made anonymous so that it no longer identifies you;
  • Telephone call recordings are stored it is no longer necessary from the date of the recording, at which point they are deleted; and
  • Profiling data will be kept for as long as it is necessary.

Registered users and Property Alerts:

  • When you sign up as a user on Bayut, any Personal Information you provide will be stored as long as you have an active account. If you decide to delete your account, the Personal Information associated with it will also be deleted or anonymised.

Use of the Platforms:

  • Any Personal Information you provide when downloading or registering for the App, or for accessing in-App services, will be stored for as long as you have the App installed on your device;
  • When you participate in competitions, promotions, surveys, or market research studies and provide personal information, we will only keep it for as long as we need it. and
  • When you interact with us through social media platforms, any Personal Information you provide will only be kept on those platforms. We will not copy or store it separately. This information will be kept for as long as your social media account's privacy policy states.

Careers:

  • We retain Personal Information for as long as is required to fulfil the purpose (whether that be for the current job application or retaining on file for future job vacancies) or until you notify us that you wish for your Personal Information to be deleted.
Personal information we collect about you.
What we collect and where it comes from?

This pertains to the technical information we collect, which is distinct from the Personal Information you provide to Us. We may collect:

  • Technical information that could potentially identify you, such as the type of device you use, its unique identifier (such as the IMEI number), the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, the MAC address of your device's wireless network interface, your mobile phone number, your login information, mobile network details, your device's operating system, the type and version of browser used on your device, its time zone setting, and details about browser plug-ins, operating system, and Platform, as well as login data;
  • Information about your interactions with our direct marketing and other communications, as well as your visit to our Platforms. We use tracking pixels to identify device types, open rates, and click-through information. We also collect the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our Platforms, including the date and time of your visit, the products viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page. This helps us understand how you use our Platforms, products, or Services;
  • Collect details of your use of our App or your visits via the App, the resources that you access and the advertisers and partners that you contact;
  • Use GPS technology on your Device to determine your location. Some of our location-enabled services require your Personal Information for the feature to work;
  • Set a unique application number which is contained within the App. When you install or uninstall the App or when the App searches for automatic updates, that number and information about your installation (for example, and the type of operating system) may be sent to us; and
  • Combine technical information with other information that We have about you to help us with our processing of your Personal Information as set out in this Policy.
Why we collect it?

We will use the information summarised above:

  • To provide our Platforms to you;
  • To customise and enhance your experience on our Platforms;
  • To deliver relevant content and advertisements to you on our Platforms and measure or understand the effectiveness of the advertising we serve to you;
  • To use data analytics to improve our Platforms, Services, marketing, customer relationships and experiences;
  • To conduct reviews that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our Platforms;
  • To identify what versions of the App are being used or when the App is uninstalled from a device;
  • To ensure that content from our Platforms is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your device;

  • When you sign up for the App and want to use the location data service that uses your Device's GPS tracker, we will use your voluntary action as consent to process your Personal Information for this purpose. You can at any time change the location services settings for the App on your device.
How long we will keep it for?
  • We will store web server logs of activity on our Platforms which will be anonymised.
  • We will hold onto Personal Information only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil its intended purpose. This enables us to examine traffic patterns and trends on our Platforms. Once we have finished with it, we will either delete the information or make it anonymous, so that it no longer identifies you. Moreover, we will keep the unique application number for as long as the App is installed.
  • We will only keep information related to direct marketing and other communications for as long as it is necessary.

In the unlikely event that a liquidator, administrator or receiver is appointed over us or all or any part of our assets that insolvency practitioner may transfer your information to a third-party purchaser of the business provided that the purchaser undertakes to use your information for the same purposes as set out in this Policy. We undertake not to provide your Personal Information to third parties save in accordance with this Policy.
