The use of natural materials for facade finishing, such as natural stone and high-quality wood, has created a real opportunity to explore the building and its engineering details, through which we can provide the principle of visual comfort for the customer and freedom of movement for the entire mall. Energy conservation and load management are fundamental principles in the design, and we will explore them in many details, such as project ventilation systems and even the use of mashrabiyas for ventilation and diffusing sunlight. (We have managed to transform the project into a facade for the area. )
The Al-Wazeer Mall has a project area of 2250 m with construction ratios ranging from (915m) 40% to (992m) 43% in a U shape design.
