* The design of Khan El Wazeer Mall connects ancient Egyptian architecture with modern ideas by blending the mall with natural elements through glass facades to provide continuous lighting to the space, using natural materials for facade finishing made of natural stone and high-quality wood. This has provided a real opportunity to explore the building and its architectural details, through which we can provide the principle of visual comfort for the customer and freedom of movement throughout the mall. Energy efficiency and load considerations are fundamental in the design, which we will explore in many details such as the project's ventilation system and the use of mashrabiyas for ventilation and reflection of sunlight. (Through the design of the project, we managed for it to become a facade in the area)
