The design of Khan Al-Wazir mall connects ancient Egyptian architecture with modern contemporary ideas by blending the mall with natural elements through glass facades to provide continuous lighting for the space. Natural materials are used to finish the facades with natural stone and the finest quality wood, offering a genuine opportunity to explore the building and its architectural details, through which we can provide the principle of visual comfort for the client and freedom of movement for the mall as a whole. Energy conservation and load management are fundamental principles in the design, and we will explore this in many details such as the project being an air collector and even the use of mashrabiyas for ventilation and reflecting sunlight. (Through the design of the project, we were able to transform it into a facade in the area. )
The Minister's Mall has an area of 2250 m with construction ratios ranging from (915m) 40% to (992m) 43% in a U shape design.

The project is designed on a basic principle for ease of operation, such that more than 96% of the project units, whether administrative, medical, or commercial, have a clear view of the main street.
