Najma Walk is a new mixed-use commercial project (offices, clinics, and retail shops).
Najma Walk is the fourth project for our investors:
Dr. Montaser Abdel Baqi, Eng. Mohamed El Namky, Eng. Mohamed Qadri, and Eng. Mahmoud Shalaby.
Our first project was *HCC*, located behind the Air Force Hospital. It is one of the most renowned healthcare cities in New Cairo and has been operating since 2013, alongside major brands such as Patchi, Cilantro, Abu Auf, Misr Scan, Royal Queens Children's Hospital for Maternity, and Misr Radiology Center.
Our second project was Eterna Healthcare City, part of the Mivida compound owned by Emaar. It is the largest healthcare city in the Middle East, spanning 24,000 square meters. It comprises five buildings housing 350 clinics, four hospitals, and over 40 retail shops. It also features major brands such as Jolly Optics, One Clinic, and Dr. Osama Taha Hospital, one of the most famous doctors in Egypt.
Our third project is Address 34. Located in New Cairo near South 90th Street, next to Al-Hamd Mosque, it also houses major brands such as Tic Tac Toe and Max Muscle.
All our previous projects have been fully sold out.
We are now launching our new mixed-use commercial project, Najma Walk, which includes offices, clinics, retail shops, and hotel rooms.
