Stei8ht is a gated residential development by LMD (Landmark Sabbour Development), the Egyptian developer founded in 2007 behind One Ninety, 3'Sixty and Zoya Ghazala Bay. It occupies roughly 500 acres in New Cairo, directly opposite El Rehab City off the Cairo–Suez Desert Road and parallel to the Youssef El Sebai axis, with four entrances including a private ninety-metre access. The name comes from the developer's "eight states of living" concept — scenic views, sustainable living, art and culture, vibrant activity, playfulness, glamour, wellbeing and executive focus — which the masterplan by YBA Architects translates into eight residential parcels, each with its own entrance and its own clubhouse.
