Caesar Bay is a coastal resort in the Ras El Hekma area of Egypt's North Coast, developed by the Mediterranean Tourism Investment Company. The boutique project integrates a mix of fully finished residential units and an operational hotel built on elevated terraces to maximize natural light and Mediterranean Sea views.
