- For couples holding Arab passports, an official marriage certificate is required.
- Unmarried couples, mixed groups, and youth-only groups are not accepted.
- Management reserves the right to request proof of relationship when applicable.

- Quiet hours: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Any damage to the property or furnishings will be deducted from the security deposit.
